Smash Your Addictions!
Leo Hayes High School held a “Smash the Car” event. An old car was donated and the kids were given spray paint to write bad addictions and habits on the car. Then for $1 they could hit the car with a sledgehammer (goggles provided)….’smash your addictions’. It was a big success and they raised several hundred dollars.
Valentines Day Kisses
Have your club sell kisses every day at lunch in the days leading up to Valentine’s Day. Charge 25 cents for a student to send a Hershey Kiss with a personal note they can write to their crush. On Valentine’s day two people from your group dress up (think cupid) and deliver the kisses to their recipients. This is super fun and a great way to raise some cash.
* can be adapted to halloween kisses for Halloween and candycanes or red and green kisses for Christmas
Sock Hop
Over lunch have a "sock hop" (also known as a dance) in your cafeteria...charge a loonie admission.
